Shoot management

The working day,
in one place.

Keeper’s Round brings daily checks, mapped assets, bird records, shoot days and reports into one straightforward field app.

Designed for iPhone and iPad · Android planned

Why Keeper’s Round

Practical first.
Paperwork second.

01

Quick at the point of work

Normal checks should take about a minute. More detail appears when something is wrong—not before.

02

One dependable history

Records remain connected to the right pen, flock, batch, delivery or shoot day instead of becoming isolated notes.

03

Designed with keepers

The prototype is shaped by working knowledge, including direct feedback from current and retired gamekeepers.

Shoot management

Built around the keeper’s day

See what needs doing, capture it while you are there, and keep a clear record without returning to a pile of paper.

Inside the app

Five views. One working record.

The Aldercombe Shoot demonstration is entirely fictional. It shows how the main parts of the shoot workspace fit together.

One connected journey

From arrival to season report.

Useful information moves forward with the birds, so each record adds to the story instead of starting it again.

    How they connect

    One handover.
    Two clear records.

A game farm records what was prepared and dispatched. The receiving shoot records its delivery, allocation and release. Each workspace remains focused on the person doing the job.

    Privacy and security

    Built in from the start.

Shoot locations, bird records and personal details can all be sensitive. Privacy and security are being built into Keeper’s Round from the beginning, rather than added later.

    • Public demonstrations use fictional people and places
    • Access and sharing will be limited to the people who need it
    • Secure team synchronisation is being developed as a dedicated feature
Detailed security and data-handling information will be published before wider release.

    Private pilot

    Help shape
    Keeper’s Round.

We are preparing a small field pilot with keepers and game farmers. We want candid feedback on what works, what gets in the way, and what is still missing.

    Questions

    Straight answers.

Keeper’s Round is still being developed. We would rather be clear about what works now and what comes next.

    Is Keeper’s Round available now?

Not publicly yet. A working iPhone and iPad prototype is being prepared for a small private pilot with keepers and game farmers.

Is this just another gamebird release app?

No. Release records are one part of the shoot workflow. Keeper’s Round is being designed around the wider working day: assets, daily checks, issues, season planning, bags and practical reporting.

Can more than one keeper use the same records?

Secure team collaboration is planned after the pilot. The pilot is focused first on proving that the everyday workflow is genuinely useful and dependable.

Will there be an Android version?

It is on the roadmap. The current prototype is being tested on iPhone and iPad first.

Does Game Farm include accounts or invoicing?

No. Game Farm is deliberately focused on operational bird, welfare, hatch and dispatch records—not finance or accounting.
